Refund Policy

We have 3 Days return policy, which means you have 3 Days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Charge

If you return the product, you will get Rs.60 less from your total amount as Rs.60 is the delivery Return charge

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer refunds after the order is dispatched. In case of defective product, we only offer replacement or refund. Please email us at info@kalua.in with a clear video showing the product defect along with your order ID. Your order will be picked up within 7 working days, and we will work to send the replacement to you within 4 working days of receiving the product.
